Hi blogging friends!  I created this layout for SOUS challenge #4.  Although the sketch was not a difficult sketch to interpret, still I struggled because I couldn't make up my mind how I wanted to interpret it!  Needless to say, 8 hours later this is what I came up with.  Hope you enjoy viewing it and it inspires you in some way.  Please leave me a comment on what you think.

A LITTLE SPARKLE

Hi ladies, looks like I'm getting into to this challenge thing now!  I made this card for The Pixie Cottage Challenge.  Hope you find it interesting and fun.  I had a blast making it.  I stickled the fairy's wings with the diamond stickles along with the stars on little and sparkle.  The roses got christmas red stickles along with the fairy's shoes. I also stickled her dress filigree in gold.  Each top corner got a gold filigree sticker. Hope you enjoy and thanks for looking.  Don't forget to leave a comment to let me know what you think.
Card recipe:  The card size is 61/2" x 5".

The fairy image is a digital stamp from coloring-book.info

FOREVER LAYOUT FOR STUCK ON U SKETCH CHALLENGE #3

I did this layout for stuck on u sketch challenge # 3.  This is my first time entering a blog challenge and I must say I really enjoyed it!  This layout actually changed three times.  Every background just was to busy!  Anywho, I hope you like it.

Recipe for layout:   All cardstock is by Best Occasion (Provincial Fare and Earthtones) collections
The backgroumd is Provincial Fare, The borders were embossed with birds and swirls embossing folder. I don't measure, so I don't know what size they are. The two small birds, flowers, hearts, and swirls were all cut at 2.50" on regular cut then I cut the flowers and heart on shadow cut. I used Home Decor for all cuts except where noted. The large bird was cut at 3" and shadowed.  the word "forever" was cut at 1.50". The swirls were cut at 2".  Sprigs are a Martha Stewart branch punch.  Flowers and hearts are pop dotted for dimension. The white caption for forever is cut with Storybook cartridge at 3.50" (I think, sorry!)
